U.S. Senator Pete Domenici met with outgoing Carlsbad City Councilor Manuel Anaya Jr. (left), who with Ruben Gonsalez (right) and Carlsbad High School students (center) Delano Slade, Andy Christopherson and Trey Gonsalez, were in Washington to take part in the National League of Cities' annual "Congressional City Conference." The students took part in the conference as youth delegates.
